1.- Intellectual and industrial property

In compliance with the Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, and the Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services for the Information Society and Electronic the user is informed that his/her personal data will be added to the file belonging to the Banesto Cultural Foundation and allowing it access to data resulting from the browsing or consultation of the Sustainable and Supportive Tourism Project content on the website www.turismo-solidario.es, and to receive, by any means of communication including email or through an equivalent means of electronic communication, all types of informational and services communications proceeding from the above mentioned Foundation.

The user may, at any time exercise his/her right to access, modify, cancel and oppose his/her personal data for the purposes described, and revoke the authorisation granted to receive by any means, including electronically, information corresponding to the communications referred to in the above paragraph. To do so, the user must notify the Banesto Foundation by sending an email to the info@turismo-solidario.es or by writing to the Banesto Cultural Foundation, c/ Mesena 80, 28033 Madrid. For such purposes the communication is addressed to the manager of the file, Banesto Cultural Foundation, at the address indicated above.

The Society and Technology Foundation does not guarantee that access to the website shall be uninterrupted or free from error; nor does it accept liability for or guarantee that the contents or software accessible through this website shall be uninterrupted or free from error or damage to the user.

The Society and Technology Foundation shall not be held responsible for or guarantee the usefulness of the information or contents of this website that could be used for personal purposes and in no event shall it be held responsible for losses or damages of any kind that may arise as a result of access and use of the web page, such as, for example, computer viruses or any other type of harmful component.

The use made by users of the website and the information contained therein is beyond the control of the Society and Technology Foundation, and the Foundation does not guarantee that, on entering other websites through links or search engines, information affecting sensitivity or causing damage will not be viewed. The Society and Technology Foundation shall not be held responsible for the contents of any forum or debate in cyberspace (chat), newsletters or any other type of transmission linked to this website and shall cooperate, if required by warrant or the competent authorities, to identify the persons responsible for contents in breach of the law.

The Society and Technology Foundation reserves the right to modify, restrict or cancel the terms and conditions applicable to this website, assuming under no circumstances responsibility for the updating and the ability to make as many changes to the layout or presentation of the website as it deems fit, at any time and without prior notice.
